How to exercise when you have no time?
I am very busy with my work. how can I exercise? I know I need it but one, no time, second, no energy.

you can do exercises at your desk if you work. wake up early and jog around is also an alternative. you just need "inspiration"

Actually, there are ways to exercise even when there`s no time to do it. It`s called incremental exercising. Simply choosing a parking space further from the mall entrance will force you to walk more. Taking the stairs instead of the elevator. Doing house chores etc. These don`t add up to much when you look at total calories burned, but every little bit counts when you`re busy. And a little bit of exercise is better than no exercise at all. By the way, if you have a garden, try cutting grass using shears, it`s a great pec workout plus your being productive. That beats sitting around in a gym doing butterflies. But that`s me. I personally think pushing metal is boring and a waste of time. I`ve got better things to do.

^^^ Nice suggestions, bOLD FART, instead of taking the car for an errand, I sometimes walk (when it`s near enough) --- it`s better for the environment too!

I like bOLD FART`s suggestion. That is indeed what I`m doing. I walk from work to the terminal of transportation everyday :)

When you`re in the kitchen, you could look for some canned goods. (Like the big can of pineapple juice) and lift it up, pretending its a set of weights. :)

I don`t think you can use that excuse. Even on your desk, you can exercise!
