I`m getting an operation for a blocked artery in a few weeks. I have to admit I`m pretty scared. How big of a change did your life make after an operation?

Did you get it already? I`d have to say, for the following year, your life will be described as "careful" Cheating on diets can prove fatal. Good luck on your operation!

Thank you so much. I`ve been receiving several tips from some of my doctor friends, and I`m confident that I`m in good hands. Can`t weight to get some exercise done after this though.
